Your dashboard shows where each document has got to: sent, opened, in progress, partly signed, completed, declined or expired, with how many signers have finished.

Every signing produces a signing record as a PDF. It lists each signer by name and email, the time the email was sent, the link opened, and the document viewed, started and completed, with the IP address, browser and operating system, and time zone of each signer, and a unique fingerprint of the document before and after signing. A signing record helps show who signed and when. Whether a particular document is enforceable depends on the document itself.

Once everyone has signed, both are on your dashboard as PDFs. Each signer gets them by email too, and a copy goes to the address on your zaSign account.
